Gorey Fete – Friday 15th August

Gorey Fete is nearly upon us and they have an incredibly exciting day lined up with live music, competitions and family fun throughout the day and evening. The line up for the day is as follows:

3.15 pm – 4.00 pm                 Colin Lever

4.00 pm – 4.45 pm                Side Salad Bob and the Vinaigrettes

5.00 pm – 5.45 pm                Jasmine Derrien

6.00 pm – 7.30 pm               Out of the Blue

7.30 pm – 8.00 pm              Spaghetti Eating Competition

8.00 pm – 8.45 pm              Yard of Ale Competition

8.45 pm – 10.30 pm            Snake Oil

10.30 pm                              Fireworks Finale

All proceeds from the event will help support three local charities namely Music in Action, Jersey Friends of Anthony Nolan and Brightly.

The Committee is enormously grateful to everyone for their support and hope that everyone will have a thoroughly enjoyable day. The Committee would like to  request that residents in the neighbourhood kindly keep their pets indoors during the firework display which will be taking place from 10.30 pm for approximately 15 minutes.
