Nomination Meeting & Parish Assembly – 5th February 2026

NOMINATION MEETING

A Nomination Meeting will be held in the Public Hall on Thursday 5^th February 2026 at 7pm for the following business:

1. To elect one Centenier to complete a three-year term of office expiring March 2029.
2. To elect one Procureur du Bien Public to complete a three-year term of office expiring March 2029.

A nomination form for each candidate for election must be produced to the meeting and must be completed by a proposer and 9 seconders who are electors in the Parish.

In each election:

• If there are more candidates than vacancies, a poll will be held on Wednesday 11^th March 2026.
• If there are not more candidates than vacancies, any duly nominated candidate will be declared elected at the nomination meeting.

You must have registered by midday on Wednesday 4^th February 2026 to vote in this election.

 PARISH ASSEMBLY

An Assembly of Principals and Electors of the Parish of St. Martin will be held in the Public Hall at 7.20 pm on Thursday 5^th February 2026 to: –

1.   Receive and if deemed advisable, approve the Minutes of the Parish Assembly held on 18^th December 2025.

2.  Elect an Officer du Connétable for the Vingtaine de Faldouet for a three-year term of office

3. Presentation of the Mick Eden Cup by the Connétable and Chef de Police
