Gorey Pier – Landing Stage Removal Works Update

Ports of Jersey have advised that the Demolition, Construction and Environmental Management Plan has recently been agreed by the Planning Department. This means that Ports of Jersey can commence site setup week.

As previously stated, the pier head beyond the public toilets will be closed for the duration of the demolition works to ensure public safety. An additional area will also be used by Jersey Demolition Contractor (JDC) for equipment storage, skips, welfare units, and associated facilities. Vehicle access along the pier will remain in place.
